Fujifilm is hosting a webinar on Basic Tenets of New Generation Endoscopy

Fujifilm India, one of the leaders in the Healthcare industry in collaboration with Endoscopy Education and Research Foundation, is hosting a two-hour webinar on July 23, at 5 PM titled, “Basic Tenets of New Generation Endoscopy.” The webinar is designed for healthcare experts on changing clinical practices with new endoscopic systems, which will be hosted by Dr Rajkumar Wadhwa, Mysore, and Endoscopy Education and Research Foundation. The expert speakers of the webinar will be Dr Kazuo Hara, Japan and Dr Stephen Tsao, Singapore.

Witnessing the scarcity of Gastroenterologists and limited experts in endoscopy diagnosis in India, the webinar is organized to train healthcare experts in early detection of gastrointestinal diseases, the company mentioned in a press release. It will share insights on the broad spectrum of interesting topics by experts across the globe on endoscopy. Attendees will discover advancements in image enhanced endoscopy with linked color imaging, blue light imaging, ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) in altered anatomy with double-balloon enteroscopy, and how ERCP can be replaced with endoscopy ultrasound in the longer run.

According to organizers, the webinar will be attended by more than 300 delegates from all across India. These professionals from all across the country will pave the way for the future on how gastrointestinal diseases will be diagnosed with the best possible outcome through advanced practices sharing, deliberating lectures and live workshops by experts.

Vijay Kumar Verma, sales and marketing manager, Endoscopy Business, Fujifilm India, said, “There are constant innovations, advancements in technology related to the diagnosis of endoscopy. Unfortunately, many patients get an incorrect diagnosis, giving rise to complications or even gastrointestinal diseases. The challenge before the medical community is to select the most appropriate technology, advance treatments attuned to every patient’s need. We believe in enabling healthcare experts with next-generation technology to go beyond conventional knowledge, which can help save lives. During this webinar, over 300 eminent healthcare workers will participate, debate, and receive hands-on training workshops from experts and introduce them to the New Generation Endoscopy System to transform patient care in the country.”
